Hello All,
Here are my thoughts for the escort.
I am not a lite pilot so please tell me where I am wrong!

Image

352nd - Initial Escort
I added some merge points on the dtf (not shown) to help up coordinate when you get close. Need you to stay off DAR as long as possible (hopefully after T+24) and meet the buffs at about the 3,7,8,6 point (will be m2 of the new DTF). Escort as long as possible.
Then RTB and up to meet returning buffs.

23rd - mid escort/diversion
Enter DAR on the south at or before T+15! head in south and head north to the buffs. Meet by T+55 Escort as long as possible.
Then RTB and up to meet returning buffs.

4th - Deep Escort
Don't engage (keep drop tanks) as long as possible. Meet the Buffs over Berlin at T+75. Escort/cover as long as possible.

Please let me know if any of this cant be done.

Thanks!!!

It would be handy to know the total duration of the buff flights. Can you guesstimate the difference in time between this route and the one that NoFlyZ did hacks on?

Inbound didn't change just a smaller loop on the return leg. We will up at T-20.

Noontime, Thursday, Left Coast:

Flight planners using the WWII Arena for testing should be aware that the FUELDIV in that arena is currently set for 1.0 and the S3 Arena is locked. The bottom line is that 25% MORE fuel is burned than is indicated by your test.

Happy trails...

I would bother with a fighter diversion. Waste of time IMO.
The LW will only be interested in the BUFFS and they know that they will be way out over the North Sea somewhere.

What I would do is have an aggressive fighter sweep into Holland who try to find and harrass as many LW as they can for an hour or so>
who then RTB to act as the reception escort.

The LW may well launch some scouts from L44 at T+0 for example.

That is kind of what I want the 23rd to do. Going south was to avoid the flack as much as possible while they are low. Also, it might get some AX swinging south to see if we have 2 groups of buffs. Then have the 23rd head north because without DAR that's the only place we KNOW there will be AX.

Where would you like the Knights of Ni fighters to up from?
Typically we prefer to stay with our bombers as long as possible.
If you need, we can up from a forward airfield and RV with our group.

KoN fighters have to use the same airframe allocation as the other fighter squads; (p51B for 3 frames / jug for 2)
