Jabo said it was safe to assume that the Coast Watchers have a 20 mile radius. I asked him that in private during the first frame.

Hawk, I tested your dtf and it works fine. I was remembering that when Whawk did his, he was able to put the time hacks right onto the dtf, so at 1.1.x there was T+10, then at 2.2.x it said T+25, etc. That would be nice

Those times should be accurate for 60% fuel (more than sufficient) - climb speed 140, around 85% - 90% throttle to climb out.

If costal watchers are 20miles then we are seen right at takeoff (F55) and in route F68. Should we be avoiding this? Or will the donkey dar give us away in any case?

They know you will be going South, if they see you at 68 it is not a real big deal. From 68 you could be heading to Port Moresby, Milne Bay or Goodenough Island to get points for the Port and the Arty there. Pretty much open from there.

Well it's a little late to change plans now Beaver so I am hoping for the best and haven't made a mess of it to bad.

Coastwatchers have a dar emitter and are regulated by the same as field dar.
I just put a small circle around them in the PDF to show they are allied.
And yes it is radius not diameter, I have made that mistake a couple times

I wasn't suggesting a change, I was just stating that if they get spotted by 68, that is not going to give away the mission as they could be going any place from there.

How high will the Knights/Nomads be? AAA is limited to 25,000' so if you are just above that you would only need to worry about NME fighters.

I know Beaver and it's cool. We are going to be around 20k like last week. I did select a route that keeps us off DAR as much as possible. Any higher and it's next to impossible to see the targets. It's damn if we do and damn if we don't. That's the fun of the game.
