We were assigned to protect 7.6 area, after frame fight mode went into "on the fly", we tried our best to hold off the cons that were called out by frame CO. By accident, miscommunication, or stupidity, we arrived at stated point thinking we were to be met by 475 - while 475 did their absolute best to get to the "bait", they could not cover the distance in time.

Questions remain with members of the 4th and I encourage a fruitful, friendly and balanced conversation.

Forgot to add - we landed for safety at 106 /116 forget - but then were asked to hit the trucks - after several attempts we were locked out of the frame after they closed our field.

4th - speak up please :)

For future frames, I would suggest not throwing orders out the window and try to come up with a new plan 15 minutes prior to frame. Only reason to do this would be if finding a major flaw in the original plan which would end in a massacre without any hope of survival.

Several 4th-men had already practiced and prepared for the original mission, and the new plan did nothing but vector the 4th FG straight into the jaws of the enemy, in inferior fighters and with no support. This since there was not enough time to figure out timings, distances or realizing the Allies would be scattered and crossing piecemeal straight through the enemies if they would decide to come south.

I guess one learns from mistakes as they give the most valuable experience.
