P38's will close escort from the Blue Box Sortie 1. Spitfires will be Remote Escort 5 minutes ahead. All fighters will escort sortie 2 from the Magenta Box.

We will have friendly radar for the entirety of the two missions barring enemy action against radar emitters (Unlikely they can kill enough to matter)

Bombers need to assign someone to post position speed and altitude on country channel every 10 minutes at the least.

Seems that F44 is a gold field.

I also do not unnerstan the strategerie of hitting F14 versus the plethora of stuff on the southwest coast of the island.

I do not think one single buff will make it to F14 due to the proposed route and expected escort. Oh well.

Times seem to work out when I did the notional route.

I didn't bother to set all the fields according to the new map when I took the screenshot. F44 is green.




EVERY fighter except NS will be engaged in protecting the bombers IF the bombers fly the numbers. The ONLY way the enemy spots the flaw in the plan (Unescorted bombers the first 45 minutes) is if they are reading this board and even if they do that we will see it on radar and be able to put a very large number of Spitfires on them.

UMM Copies. We will match the timing. Hoping to be 22K unless something else is desirable.

If the object hardness chart is to be believed 14 requires 45 B24 bomb loads and 7 needs 31! But practice has shown the Object Hardness chart is a bit inflated.

I like the idea of hitting 14 as you mentioned the objects are close together.

As the fighter lead, I would like the bombers to be a bit higher, say 25K or so. The Macchi's and FW190F do not perform well at that alt. If it effects the bombing accuracy then forget I said anything

I did a practice run and can be at 22K at the RV point at T+40. Might have to loiter a bit, perhaps have 5 minutes to spare.
