Jabo Sir,
To start off the planning for frame 2 I need to know some stuff

#1 - Will F4 and F5 be closed? I assume so but figured I should ask. I assume a closed field will not have DAR?

#2 - Will all the Static Ships that we destroyed this frame be back or out of play? Seems silly to sink the Arizona twice.

#3 - Will the US be in F4F's from the CV? If they are not held, should not have field CAP problems.

#4 - Are there going to be more AI ships? If so where will they be?

#5 - Can we change the positions of the CV's next frame? Please?

#6 - Will you donky DAR NOE runs?

#7 - Does F3 have DAR? I do not know how to figure it out and since it covers the entire north shore hard to check.

#8 - Can F7 be used by the US as a base? There is only a DAR tower there but it is marked as a town with field.

Help please!

Does anyone know where DAR is located? I can't see any at most places.

There is a Radar Stations on the map listed as
#6 at 7.4.6
#10 at 7.3.6
#21 at 9.2.4
#23 at 9.3.8.7
#30 at 10.1.8

I don't know if individual fields have DAR, none was seen at 4 or 5

Radar is a transmitter and a truck. You can find the sites by using the field filter. F10 is not radar, that is a misnumbering problem. F7 is the radar site. It is a labeling snafu, the radar emitter is at F7 at the northern tip of the island.

Oshix has identified dar installed at:
F6
F7-emitter
F21
F23
F30

He has none listed for F10 and I just took a look, saw no dar station or emitter there.

Hey Dumspiro, is the truck destroy-able? It is labeled as a tower.

7 is mislabelled as a village should be Radar unit

Think the summary addresses most of these questions.

NOE runs are fine until they get to within 15 miles of the coastline. Jig may or not be up at that point and the farther you go inland the greater the chance you will be reported.
AI ships and flak will be greater at Pearl this time around. Some were destroyed before Frame 1. There was no AI ships for the initial strike.
Think of the battleships being considered damaged and need further hits to sink.

Frame 2 is supposed to be harder for the IJN. You got a free shot in Frame 1 and now need to figure out how to get points out of a defended airspace.
CVs cannot be attacked in this series.

IJN CVs are located in the 1,6,1 area hdg 000 at 20 mph. Slightly higher speed to help take-offs.
