Gums

I've heard you are requesting 6 4thmen to fly escort for buffs to 182. I have volunteered the 335th FS of the 4th FG, but waiting for 4th command for confirmation.

Let us know any specifics you need.

Salute

Salute!

Thanks, Nooky and Pappy.

As you can see from the routes we posted on the "SEAD" thread, one plane is flying north - Gums. Gums comes off to north and dives at 325 mph or so until on the deck while in a slow turn to the east.

One plane slits hits coastal ack and an 88 by the factory complex. he comes off headed south and dives to the deck.

Two planes hit the acks at F182 and possibly soften up the DAR antenao and hut. they come off to the south and dive to the deck.

On both previous frames we were bounced on egress by two enema frame 2, and three on frame 1.

Our TAC is ch 22 and TS is open to anyone.

Finally, we plan to takeoff about frame time T+4, with Gums delaying 2 minutes to get good timing over the tgt. Use our DTF!!!! Pd and/or Gundoc will provide posreps for the south elements and Gums does same for north route. Our test times show the IP's about takeoff + 9 minutes.

Gums sends...

with 263 being a 1 step field..182 being a 2 step field.. the 4th and 23rd post a 2 to 1 odds can gain a rapid air supority in in area and keep it .i also based them close enough so re arm quicker . with a quick hard strike taking down 263 and 182.. sweep tgt area and west ( to help cover RCAF 127's strike on 263.. with area secure move defensive lines out a little further..boy wouldnt it be nice to trap 3 steps and remove them from play the rest of night ..
4th pic up Nomads out of f4 cover them in then secure area for srtikes
23rd staying off enemy dar swing out enter on dar at about t+12 from NNW of 182 perciede in securing tgt area ..
Nomads drop and run like hell this fist trip out you guys will be in the thick of it..
Niht Stalkers i will move AE's up to 178 they will go with you .. since you have bigger ord. hit the bigger tgt's well drop the smaller ones ..
RCAF 127 strike it hard and recover and join the fun. i hope you recieved all the TGT inel you need .. doesnt look to aweful hard .. Good luck
DR.. i might depends on time and available pilot i moight try and get you guys to 184 near the end of frame .. so please also have a little intel on that base as well
if 182 closes lets start on the port leave 16 for DR's to strike it first..
good luck to all tonight

~S~ Besea sir! I am a bit confused. Does this mean our request for 23rd to fly out east and south and escort us into the target is denied? I have posted intel. before that this is not going to be a one hit deal and we will have to come back to 16 at least 3 times. This means we have to survive coming in and going out. So would really like 23rd to escort us. Please reconsider. When all the strikes are happening from the E and south why send 23rd around to enter from NW? They will also have to pass by 240 and other enemy fields to do this.

Also we will gather intel. on 184 but I would doubt we would be able to finish 16 and then help. If all goes well yes sure.

Gums,

Got the routes and posted to 4th. WildBill says you will be at 7k. We will TO at T+O from Field 190. We are about 10 mi West of F4. We will contact you in buffer to rendezvous with your buffs.

See you there.

Good Luck.

That means we hitting dar coverage 20 miles form target whilst gums is actually hitting target, we cannot help them ...or am I confused?
