Jabo Sir,
OK, I dont want this to turn into a bitch thread!

Jabo, when you set up scenarios I know you try very hard for balance, realism and action for all. I really have had no issues with any S3 that I have ever flown, I usually just set goals for myself and try to fulfill them to my own reward. Usually, when I fly strike, my goal is to live through 3 out of 5 frames. Based on the S6, I live about 50% of the times I take off. When I fly Buffs my only goal is to get to target and drop bombs, after that getting home is gravey so I look at Frame 2 as a success.

Now when I am lead buff (like Frame 2) I like to have at least 80% make it to target. This I failed miserably at.

So, this thread is asking for your opinion what we should do. You always give advise when a side is struggling so I am looking for some advice. I don't believe that you intended for 100% buff kills.

Issues Frame1:
Frame 1 we struggled with escorts and no TAC turns. The HO's destroyed the Knights.

Issues Frame2:
This frame we had every Buff driver on TS (it was really neat and helpful). This allowed us to maintain the tightest buff box I think I have ever seen.
- To correct the Frame 1 issues, Bollok had ALL lites with us very early on and ignored covering the AI B17's.
- Buffs did TAC turns continually (great job Buffs staying so tight!). This worked well to avoid HO PK's. I believe I only saw 2 of them.

I do not have any idea what else we can do.

Issues I saw Frame 2 (and some are carry overs from Frame 1):
- OTTO is useless. The 7 kills from the B24's this frame came from dead pilots gunning (or in Gum's case, live pilots gunning :-) ). Just look at Drdarts video C. He saddled up twice onto the six of (2) B17's and lived without any appreciable damage. Also, all the HO attacks I saw were from SINGLE 190's flying through the entire buff group without damage.

- Buff tuff is a joke. A single 190 flying through the group continually took out multiple B24's. Early on we had a single 109 drop down form a high six and in a single pass strafe a B24 giving it a oil leak and a fuel leak.

- Lites can't make it to target. This is a normal ETO detail but normally there are restraints to prevent the

Please give us some clues what your thoughts are for us Buff's to do. If this is what we are suppose to do then OK we will die every frame (I don't have too big a problem with that), if we are doing something wrong then what is it?

respectfully,
Musky

One other thing, is there any way to disable the "Check-Six" right mouse button?

Watching Dobs video, seems like that is FUBAR.
