POSITION B. HIGH OVER BUFFS (LAZY ZIG ZAGGING FROM LEFT TO RIGHT TO HOLD POSITION AND VISIBILITY OVER TOP)

NOT TOO BOTHERED ABOUT DIRECT 6 O CLOCK ATTACKS.
POSITON B CAN COVER THOSE FROM ABOVE THE BG


IF FRONTAL COVER DIVES THOUGH BUFFS GROUP CHASING HO ATTACKERS THEY WILL BE OUT OF POSITION AND SHOULD RECYCLE TO POSITON B

THOSE ALREADY IN POSITION B SHOULD MOVE FORWARD TO COVER THE HOLE LEFT IN POSITION A.

Did some time/fuel comps today for escort prep. Assuming climb to 30k and then @70% throttle staying with the bombers (enough speed to do rotational), we will have to drop the tanks @ 7.7.3 area. This will give us best fuel estimate of 226Gal at Berlin...(not much fuel for combat fwiw)..just so you know.

Deep escort should all be on same TAC channel for coordination and support.
DTF routes would be nice to have .....keep us all together.

100% agree pappy. I actually prefer a fairly structured escort (3 at high 5oc, 3 at high 7oc, etc:). Much easier to see enemy contacts when you see 6 dots where there should be only 3! Also, prevents setting up the perfect bounce...on friendlies
