Anyone else having trouble w/ attachments?

I cannot upload anything any more. Keep getting a message that the forum quota has exceeded. The other day I was able to get an image down to under 16K and it posted. Yet Iv seen some other images posted which are a few hundred K in size.

I cannot even post a dtf file any more.

Can the administrators please check see if my account is locked for uploads somehow?

Thanks in advance & ~S~

A quick search of your settings do not show anything that stands out.

Most images are just linked to the board and not posted to the board. The settings are 50mb for image uploads but I don't think jabo would want this buildup on his webspace. As far as the dtf's go they are a valid extension for this forum for upload.

All I can suggest now is to delete all board cookies on your end and try it again. Let me know. I am off to work now and will not be available to check until 10:00PM est.

upload to an offboard site, and link to the images/files.

Anyone looking for image hosting check this out: http://www.servimg.com/

An account is autocreated for all members on our gruppe forum. Very easy to use and organize. Once you upload an image just copy the direct link and plug it into an forum's image code . Now your one image can be posted anywhere on the interwebs without downloading/uploading multiple files.

Instead of attachments you can have a nice clean post with multiple images and no size limit like dis:

Code looka like dis(with end brackets):

[img]http://i39.servimg.com/u/f39/17/68/67/72/shot0022.jpg[/img
[img]http://i39.servimg.com/u/f39/17/68/67/72/shot0023.jpg[/img

sometimes the quality gets degraded in the link for some reason, these are actually 1080p images. Anyone have alternate servers that do not degrade the original image?

If you try to "attach" a file it fails and says

"Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

We need to unattach old attachments.

I know there are other ways to do it but the attachment is the easiest and cleanest way. I never attach photos (use photobucket for that) but do attach DTF files.

OK ... I gave it some more play room. (not Much, but Some) But this isn't my board to offer up space to use.

Jabo... Please let me know if this is not OK....
