We believe in delegation of duties - mostly responsibilities, but no small authority. Also helps with planning to have the "subject matter" expertise. You know, capabilities and previous experience and all that stuff.
The two of us will share the responsibility, so we get to bite the bullet if the plan is flawed. Execution is another thing, and we shall see what we see.
