1st sortee: Rolling P-40E's heavy from F88.. AE's Shadowed the 4th to 83. we circle 83 at 18K. as a cap , as the 4th's attacked 83. our turn.. we drop to 10K, then started our runs.. now we have zero's all over us..AE's was rollin a hot hand for the night ..we was able to extract our selves through a long running weaving battle south... we reform, then headed back to morsby ,, where we engaged a large formation of bettry's with escorts.. amm spent we rtb'd

2nd sortee: rollin hvy f88 , we retraced our path back to attack 83 again..gathering intell was only a few tgt's left..AE's attacked 83.. once again AE's found ourselves in a running weaving battle south..again AE's was able to extract our selves.. we reformed over f100 then back home to port morsby..on cap over port, we get intel from our CGI..heres the night finial furball. we was about to get swampped big time 4 x our #'s... i called for each pilots ammo fuel status, and made my descision..expedite emergency landing's ASAP.. we landed, put the planes in their revetments and scurried to the bomb shelter to sit the rest of the night drinkin beer

bottom line; AE's flew a nearly flawless night. big stand outs for the night was our wingmen (Ozzone Heaven Otichi) for they spot on.. "Ozzone" was AE's star for the night ..well done

we wound up 2 kills 5 asst. 1 lost frame ..

Note: AE's had NO issues with field 88 last night
