Yes it is. Everything you see in the KTmap is open for operations. There are good points at the three docks out there too.
Remember if you close a field it remains closed only for the next frame not the entire series. So if you target the three fields in the SE and close them they cannot base any a/c there for frame 2.
Some airfields have many objects and some have few so its important to recce your target selections first to see what is possible with the G4M1. The AI for the SE will be Vals and Kates and they will do some damage.
