Seems I'm slacking off. Been a busy week and I'm away at a university reunion and a wedding for the weekend.
No chance to put together a map.

At the time of this posting, the available map under the "Inflight DDS" tab on the "Series Page" is the Frame 3 map. IF one had it, no reason to change it for the current one which is the same. (Does not match the Frame 4 "Planning Map".) There is no Frame 4 map on the Muzz page.

This is the "Inflight DDS" map downloaded from the above-referenced page. It is the Frame 3 map.

What application/program do you use to modify the DDS file?

You can use Photoshop with the NVIDIA DDS plugin installed.
