Gums ... The colors used are the same "RGB" colors from the old forum. What is it that is dark for you? Is it the main background or the tables on-top of the base color? Everything can still be lightened up but would take some time.

Hey Doc - On the old forum, I had Silver/white and Blue.

I love the layout and colors outside of the text box. The color in the textbox is hard to read. But my eyes are not as good as they were a few months ago.

Changed my option while at work, but when I got home I dont see where to change the pref from this orange. (not a fan)
Cant read most of the white text on these light backgrounds.

Looks good to me, all the fonts are clear and readable including those in the dark brown areas.

I like new look, but having the letters in white where there is a new post in a thread is very hard for me to read. Maybe a bit darker or another colour like red?

There is now a second color choice to the forum. I understand the brown (orange) color has some issues. I looked at it work and found it to be different than what I see from home. I will continue to work on that one to improve it as it is based off the website colors.

If you go into your user control panel you can change it from the X-treme orange to just X-treme. I hope you like it and if you see any issues please let me know.

Ah cool, thanks Dr Dart!

I went back to the default one purely because it looks the same as the IEN forum and is less taxing on my brain when switching between the two!

I have just added a third choice to the forum design. I know a lot of you prefer the lighter colors but for those of you who like the dark side of things, like us axis folk. Try the X-treme Red. This will probably be my default.
