maybe some people still work and dont have access to a PC out in the field. for several days so we assume on their behalf

i felt since AE's didnt fly in frame 1 we not worthy of CO'in frame..my opion..

beside it is youre sand lot/you'regame you're ball.youre every thing..

hey Dobs why are you personally trying to run out the AE's .. already !!! i would of thought you would fight to keep up the #'s and the attidues up .. rather than push people away and add to the problem. .me well i would of tried to contact that person personally and find out for myself what is actually gong on if there was a problem.and try to fix or better the situation.try to improve things for the better..before i made a public statement

I am glad to help but, like Dobs, I would like to know why the AE quit frame 1? I assume over the comm issue.

Now I have assumed AE is not participating in the series and the orders will reflect that assumption.

This is the 475FG second frame as a brand new group. Frame 1 was the first time we flew together as a complete unit. I will be playing CO when I should be leading my group.

What is it with CO's in this game who cant just admit when they screwed the pooch? Dobs isnt the one who pulled a unit from Frame 1 making everyone wonder what the hell is going on.

A little clarity of intent would go a long way.

I thought you actions in Frame 1 were immature, selfish, and reflected poorly on your squad.

I thought your above post was petty, pouting, and "attention grabbing'.

You signed up for CO duties, you didn't do them. You leave a vague post after leaving the S3 because you have to adapt to a situation that was beyond everyone's control and leave your side hanging.

A simple "Out of town, can't fufill CO duties" can someone cover post would have filled the ?'s everyone had on your post. Or maybe get someone in your squad to cover...

So, if you think you are getting run out of the game...look in the mirror and say "I am responsible for my actions. I am held accountable for my squad (since you are CO), and my actions reflect on my Squad."

And yes I am trying to keep numbers up, and yes I am trying to generate new interest. But my recommendation is read the thread from the top to the bottom and you will see WHY the assumptions were made.

So before you make posts about assuming, make sure your shit isn't in the street first.
