S3 Series

I am going to take this one for the Nomads. They are really small and not on as much as we are.

Here is what I need to know and might want to do. I want the 4th covering the north this time. JABO, are the ships at 77 open for us to hit. I really want to go for the points this time so please let me know what you all are thinking.

EDIT: The northern closed fields are shown on the map, however it takes "super zoom" to notice.
