First off thanks to everyone and hope you have a wonderful summer break.

First hour started out almost like I thought it would. Unfortunately I had the 23rd and the 352nd spaced to far apart for the plan to work. Because of that the 352nd ended up alone on the eastern front, and we were never able to form the force I wanted. ~S~ to the 352nd for handling the LW in the east without support. You guys did one heck of the job.

DR thanks for your effort and sorry I had to divert you guys from your primary mission early to keep you alive. I wasn't envious of your ride and you performed well under adverse conditions. You may not haved created the points you wanted, but every bit counts.

RCAF was left unmolested and spent the night closing enemy bases in the west. Awesome work guys and you may have keep the scoring close ~S~.

23rd was out of position the first hour and couldn't get to into the target due to the LW. I appologize for not basing you out of F160, it would have made the night much easier for you. You guys kept the LW honest in the middle of the map and later cosed a field and destroyed lots of targets at another field.

As for me, I had a miserable night. Got booted three times and missed much of the action. Only LW I saw were bnz 109's when I ventered east and formed with the 352nd at the end of the frame.

Win or loose I hope everyone had a good time.

Wilz pretty much summed up my thoughts on how the frame went down. I had hoped to get that last swordfish strike in but with the LW showing up north of them, I didn't see that turning out well so aborted that mission.

Absolutely superb job turned in by all the groups. You made it easy assisting Wilz in CO'ng the frame and I hope my rapid fire typing didn't distract anyone (Had lost coms with the squad so was furiously typing on 110 as well  ).

Again, I thank you all and a snappy <S> for a job well done!

I thought it was a good plan and the LW left the West entirely alone. No NME came within 40 miles.

We started together waiting for someone to come up from 117 or a Northerly field, after we finished 117 there were still no NME so we split up a bit, hitting the bridge at 142 (took forever to go down) and a few strikes on 141. With no cons we started to land, rearm and go back up ASAP, with no MNE we were soon running a string of inbound and outbound aircraft from 138 and hitting various targets. Good Jabo practice at any rate. :D

The Bridge at F-142 is an honest-to-gosh "bridge" and not made-up of "dock modules". Ergo, it is NOT required for closure, but does bring good points. Generally speaking, any (40) other single-span bridges made of "dock modules" could have been taken down with the same amount of ord.

Very little in S3s is "secret". The only real "secret" is that currently we don't actually know "how much" any type of ord is "worth". When S3 targets had "S3 Values" the value of every bullet and bomb was listed by the Janitors. Now, all we actually know is that objects have the "same hardness" as they do in the Main Arena.

Happy trails...
