First off, just got a call from boinkd and he can not CO the last frame. John is active duty, working at that 5 sided building, and he says that he will tied for the near future, with things in the Sand Box. Best wishes John ~S~
OK, I'll take CO if no one else wants it. After talking with boinkd here are his thoughts, with my twist. Looks like the DR will be flying swordfish and that creates a bit of a problem for planning. And here are my thoughts:
I think numbers will be low for both sides, LW have used up most of their front line aircraft. And the DR are left with the swordfish. Finally it's summer and numbers are down.
1. Fighters: Push forward and engage the enemy early. Whittle the numbers down and chase them from the front. 23rd flying at 8-10K looking like a buff group, with the 352nd slightly behind at higher altitude to provide the "hammer for the anvil" RCAF embeded with some of the DR strikes, or part of the big push.
2. DR: either, split up the group and attack many targets in two or three ship elements. Time the strikes to follow the fighter push to clear areas to strike, that means delaying T/O to give the fighters a chance to reduce LW numbers. No staying at targets, hit and get out. Possibly going NOE?
Or: staying together to strike numerous targets, following the fighter push.
I'll need imput from DR as to targets they would like to hit.
We can't cover the whole map, so fighters will go up the middle of the map attempting to draw as much attention as possible. I know it's ambitious, but I think we can do it.
Finally: JABO, can we get a map soon so planning can occur??????????????????

100 is a major port so its going to be tough to take out. You dont need to get the dock itself though for closure.
