Is the ack ack operational in the terrain???

Rather than fly all the way home after a sortie, decided to land at F43 (think) and call it a night at 3am as was dead tired.
(up at 7am for work).

As I was rolling out to a stop on the runway I got strafed.
Don't recall any ack ack going off.

Yes, the 352nd lost several to ack.

I was getting shot at while you were landing, but you landed on the end of the runway where the ack was located and rolled out away from it. When I got you there was very little ack.

And you were pretty active there in the furball immediately prior to when I got you.

No probs.

I didn't even realise there was still cons about or probably wouldn't have landed then and there.
(hence the ack question) too late too tired..

There was a couple pursuing.
I shot somebody down not too long before landing but somebody else got the credit.
