Looks like Dew will be playing real life Ju52 so I guess it's up to me for frame 2.

Not really sure about direction, need to find time to read more but I am very open to any ideas of what worked in frame 1 and what didn't work.

Anyone have any ideas or desires post em here.

Make sure to read Trigger's AAR for Der Nebel (the Haze) for frame 1. He had a lot of observations in there.

Coolon, per Jabos hints , we need to field at a few 109s each frame.

We fielded 2 steps 109 in frame 1.
AE used theirs and TK/jg77 used theirs.

This is really necessary to keep the hurries in check and stay on par with fighter to fighter kills.

We can field 6 more through out the series.

respectfully,
timos

Salute!

We are still having problems with one pilot's connect, but three of us look good.

We have decided to hook up with the Knights due to the aircraft assignments. We have also flown with the Knights on previous series and seem to get along well.

So for all CO's, consider us the extra 3 planes for the Knights. I know that we are counted as a "step" but I think Jabo will cut the Knights ( and Nomads) some slack.

You can also start to use the MC200(Ki43s). A fragile a/c for sure but their guns have been really beefed up, similar to the MC202 and should be able to take down the hurris much easier than previously.

I'm going to go ahead and question the wisdom of piecemealing the 109s. The 110 is useless against the Hurri, last frame we were essentially asking 10 109s to shoot down and manage over 40 Hurricanes. The 109 did well, but that was still a tall order. We need to pick a couple frames where we have a large portion of 109s and Ki-43s to gain air superiority and be smart with our 110s in others. It would be better to relegate the the 110s to a strike role only.

One idea that came to mind is holding a sizeable group of 110s back waiting for the buffs and try destroy them with overwhelming numbers that way we can limit how many points the allies can achieve over the frame. Different strike groups can hit and run across the wide border to keep the Hurricanes busy and hopefully lessen their escort. Our strength is available effective strike aircraft the more we keep alive and the more we kill of theirs the better chance we have.

Coolon,

Let us know if you want you want us to use. If you want us to use the HE-111's it should be a high alt possible deep run. The DO-17s are crap and may be good for quick strikes. Then again, I think we still have the JU87 as well. Depending on what we take is what will determine what fighters we take.

Salute!

Don't know how many of youse guys flew B-25C's with a 110 on your tail, but it's a butcher bird.

Problem is keeping the Hurri's and Spits and such away while you cream the Mitchells.

Just some thots from a likelong buff puke.

I have top agree with Zin on this. A small group of 109s or 43s is not going to make a big difference, especially if they are used independently of the 110s.

I will try to get something out tonight, then finalized Saturday or Sunday morning.

Sorry, but it's been quite hectic this week.
