I see the red front lines. I am assuming those are boundarys for out of play but where is the front?

Yugoslavia is neutral and white in Frame 1. Axis cannot base in Albania in Frame 1.
Only Axis fields are North or East of the red front line on PDF. I believe the arena is setup with Yugoslavia set as gold for testing purposes but will be neutral on game day.
