In the video, after I took out the first ship, you can hear ack ping on my a/c. Then after I got the bail glitch it registered as an ack kill. I believe removing the "Ctrl B" command from WB settings will prevent that from happening in the future. Was not a mast hit. Thanks to everybody for your input. <S>

I wonder if you hit a mast (of a ship with a bug in the hitbox)?

Two different videos here Todz. The first vid is current and still pending an explanation. The second vid I believe was Frame 2 and has been resolved as a stick mapping error on my part. I ended up bailing in that vid.

Realizing that the videos are of two completely separate events from two different frames, I am still of the opinion that they show basically two almost identical events, which are almost identical to what Dobs and I experienced in the Crimea terrain.

- The first video of yours that I have reposted above (most recent) it appears you hit a grossly misplaced collision bubble which tore a wing off causing you to auger in.
- Second video (Frame 1) I still believe that you hit another misplaced collision bubble. In that one, the bubble caused a pilot kill which immediately places you back in the tower. Because you had been previously pinged by ack, the kill was awarded to the ack weenies.

In both of them I believe you hit a collision bubble, which because of a bug in the way it is modeled is invisibly floating off in space well away from the visual representation of the ship.

I may be wrong but that is what it appears to me in both videos.

Just watched the video again and see the "Chute Failed" message. That still didn't look like what you see when you go to a chute even that low.
