Thoughts and Ideas.... in 3 2 1 and go...

I will hopefully have the final orders out by Friday or Saturday...

I would like your thoughts on CV attacks, closing bases, defending our CV, and searching for the NOE sneaky bastards. :D

All thoughts are welcome and reviewed.

Two thoughts come to mind. Split the teams into two sections. One along with a lot of escorts and the Knights go after the CV. The other group covers our bases. i bet they will try for 38 and 40 again.

Just a thought.

I don't know if it can be worked in given our targets, but I think we would have an advantage in a higher alt bomber/escort kind of mission. Not sure if that works out for the best points though.

It would certainly get their attention and pull them up a bit higher. It just might be worth a try.

Just looked at rides and seems any squad may fly a bomber type thingy.

Juggo <S> pick a target or targets and step the bombers into them in 4 to 8 minute intervals from different directions, might spread them out a bit, start with a 3 flight buff group then increase.
Might work. cause it appears that the allies are a bit over anxious and this could be played a bit to our advantage.
Send others to the CV when found. Just a thought.

In the past 3 frames, we seem to want to fight at an altitude they want. Whatever you come up with, get the buffs as high as they can go, get a fighter group or two to RV with them for protection. I know it's hard to co-ordinate, but it's really the only way we can fight the wildcat. Below 20K they have a distinct advantage. I also know that precludes us from attacking their strike AC, and well give up points. However, I think we're loosing because of the AC losses we are sustaining. Continue to send out scouts and have the scouts at 30K, if they encounter the wildcat just harrass and frustrate them, or pull them away from the plan. Set a hard deck of 20-25K and stay on the perch and frustrate the heck out of them. If they come up to us, we hold a small advantage we can use........ALT.

Just my thoughts.

The other advantage we have is speed, in Frame 2 I had 3 on my six but I hadn't made any speed reducing turns, so I just made a slow left hand turn while climbing slowly. After 2 minutes they were out of dot range. ;)

Let us not throw the strike planes in until we know the target is clear of enemy fighters. Send in our scouts high to find and harass their operations. Find the 352nd hammer and drive it low before engaging the lower anvil. Beat them up high and force them into our fight. Distract their fighters way from US strike AC. Time our attacks to hit when their fuel is low and forces at least half their force to be out of the fight.

We got the legs for anything we want. Lets get those bombers up to alt set waypoints and have us zekes meet you. What is the max alt for you bomber dudes? The F4F legs are only 48 min so by the time we get to alt and start moving in they will be landing. With the Zekes at different alts of 25k 28k and 30k we can safely escort you guys into anywhere you want. This NOE stuff does not work well its hard for us to get down and fight those guys on the deck. By the time you start getting hit it takes us over 2 min to descend and gives them the opportunity to set up hammer on us. 23rd will do and escort run if you guys can get to 20k. 20k needs to to be everyones hard deck dont go below. They will get impatient and try to nose up and then we knock them out of the sky. If they decide to stay below once bombers are clear us fighters should shadow and coordinate 4 elements in 30 to 45 sec apart. 4th element stays above till verified no hammer is left on allied side. This will be unexpected from them. They will look for our bombers low like usual and this time you guys can all live and tear thier butts up and fighter dudes will get some well due revenge. With us as a big group you can bet 352nd will be with the 4th trying to get us. With this then the smaller fighter guys can go kill the NS or DR who will be striking. It would be a good chance for kills. This all just takes patients on us fighter guys, we know you bomber studs have all the patients n the world. :D Just my 23 cents.
