This is an email I got from WB he sent to several Warbirders and my response.
Beaver,
I think I was too tough on the Allies in the first two frames. I am thinking of giving the Allies 6 potential fields to go after and require for success on two to be captured and held so the Axis has to work to find your bombers. Do you think that would be the odds more even? Do you have other suggestions? Would love to hear them. Looking for better ideas for Frame 3? Hope you are doing well. WB
My response:
To be honest the allies pretty much ignored their mission requirements, focusing instead on the area around Calias, F 11. I mean I could order the axis to empty their guns before takeoff and go on a pleasure flight and catch the views of France. But that wasn’t our mission. I don’t see why we need to coddle people who ignore mission objectives. Had they put an actual effort into their mission they may have achieved it. They didn’t even base a single squad in France. Axis is going to go offensive this next frame instead of sitting back for an hour waiting for the allies to do anything. I have officially thrown down the gauntlet. Let’s see if the allies have the stones to pick it up.

I would agree that the Allies are rewarded for ignoring the stated objectives. Also, what's with the GV's? I'm guessing WB is in favor of that. But, are S3's really under his authority? I always felt that Jabo and the janitors ran it the way they saw fit while using a platform provided by WB. (Symbiosis)
I believe that in the Frames past, anything destroyed that was not on the target list scored nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada. With smaller numbers, this is more important than ever. We otherwise run the issue of falling into playing a scheduled Main Arena on Sunday night. No, thank you.

Yamon, if you would like to expand on that thought, I'd really like your input so we can get the S3 back to its origins. I've got several ideas for next seasons S3 and Kacey and I will be working on their structure over the summer...any input would be most appreciated.
