Need some game rules and scoring soonest, please. Appreciate you are likely actively working on them!
I assume we will be using the 256m version of the terrain. Not a lot of tactical targets. I feel bad I never got the Normandy terrain finished.

Will you be creating an in-flight map .dds file with labelling/colour palette of the planning map? If so, will it require manual player install, or will you be creating a custom .dds for each frame that will auto-download?

Hi Muzz,

The team is working on scoring. I believe they are adding installations (posts or towns..not sure) at the Normandy beaches. Frame 1 will be D-Day +1. (the day after d-day, with the allies already having a foothold on the beaches) The installations added represent the beaches (Omaha, Sword, etc) And I imagine those will be moved/removed as needed. like we did in the Russian S3 last year, where they moved the front each frame.

I have created an in-flight map like what I've posted as a .dds file. Looks the same but no grid..as the game adds that. I'm guessing that this will be used for at least Frame 1 and 2..maybe 3 as well. I will make sure it is an auto-download... I ask Dan do that stuff. I can provide a full rez map if you like with and/or without the grid if you like.

And yes this is the 256 mi arena. Which should provide plenty of room for battle if our battles are concentrated in the Normandy area.
