Yes you can fly B-24 (C-87 load out only), C-47's, fighters or any combination thereof up to your 3 life limit.
I would check with your Frame CO for orders.
Fighters need to take off from their home base first, then can land at any active field, rearm and roll from there if they choose.
Supply planes must follow Mission Orders.
B-25's can launch from any field to attack enemy fields...but I would suggest either a Supply plane or fighter as per Frame 3 Mission objectives.
