Sorry to hear that Robert. Get well soon.

I can lead the transports but I need someone else to herd the fighters to knock down the enemy at F47.

Maybe we should all be in fighters at first, boom and zoom the enemy, then who ever is killed fly the transports.

Transports will be put in a parking orbit up north if needed, out a visual range then dash in when 47 is clear.

What was decided for our flights?
All 6 B24's at once or one at a time?
Due to weather I am 50/50 on being there tomorrow but I would do the B24 if I can make it. Flew them for many years in S3 LOL.
Also, anyone check flying, what is the min. fuel the B24 needs to do the trip? 50%? 25%? that saves greatly on the weight.

Since the Japs know where we need to fly, if we send all of the supply to Rangoon, they will all move to Chunking.

We have to supply Kunming with at least some supplies before we can head to the other two fields with transports I believe. Probably for every one that lands at Kunming we can take one to the other fields.

FYI. B24’s MUST select the C-87 Transport load out. (Thanks robert for getting that done!) Buff fuel requirements have always been 50% in the S3’s so use that. You only need to get to 10k in mission 1. Once you reach it you can go to whatever alt suits you. You can fly any route you like as long as you take off and land at fields designated in your mission objectives.

Buffs pilots may teleport to a new field once mission is complete. You may fly another transport or fighter but you only have 3 lives total as usual.

Fighter pilots may teleport only when choosing to fly a transport. Example. You launch a fighter, fly around then land at any field... you may then teleport to any field that you want to launch a supply transport from in order to fly a supply mission.

Supply Transports that are damaged and forced to land at a different active field, may take off at the field you landed at (for repairs) and complete your mission. (Only a field with a Chinese or British flag is an active field)

Be aware The C-87 has NO defensive guns!

Please report to JABO in the buffer when you complete mission. State as such:
LANDED C-47, F47 TO F20

Good luck!

can pilots choose to fly a B24 first before dying? (I am much better buff pilot than fighter)
