Nicely done videos Jlord. Thank you for taking the effort and time to record and post these. See you cut out all of Chicdgs’ salty commentary. :)

Thanks jlordj for posting the vids.
For what it's worth, there was no intent on my part to purposely run into anyone.
Up to that point I had gone almost 4 complete frames without getting shot down, and had 9 kills. For me to commit suicide wouldn't make sense.
It was a good fight on the deck. Crommm and I were surrounded, low, and slow and I shot at a 110 coming at me from above.
From my view, I thought for an instant after the collision that I was purposely rammed. After I saw who it was I knew differently.
At least this time the collision code worked correctly and both parties suffered.

I couldn't make frame 5, it looked like fun.

<S> all Axis

<S> kaceyj, thanks for putting together a fun series.

<S> Jlordj and thank you for great videos! Was really interesting to watch from your perspective of my fight against you and Juice= in the first 7 minutes of the frame 5c video :-).

Cheers!

<S> Yes Robert, it would be interesting to see a video from your perspective. It was great watching every one of my bullets miss you. :)

Swanee, one thing to remember about these videos, all comments and dialogue made during the heat of combat shouldn't be taken personally or seriously. Juice in particular has had a frustrating series with collisions as many of us have, which is probably due to the nature of the early war planes. You have to get extra close for the guns to be effective. But after every frame, he'll state that he had a lot of fun.

Most of the conversations are really meant to be private, but my squad mates know I occasionally record and sometimes what they say winds up in a video. It is almost a running joke in the squad to hear chicdg always state, "my guns don't do nuthin'" or "my bullets just go through them", as he gets kill after kill.

The main reason I bother to make these videos is to show others the group dynamic of our squad in the S3's. There is no magic or hacking or cheating; just some people who get together on Sunday nights to fly together as a team and have fun.

Understood Jlordj.

I too had a couple collisions with the backs of Stukas this series. Heat of the moment rants are often heard coming from me to my squaddies as well.

I didn't take what he said personally, as I know we are all competitive, and frustration with the collisions in this game sometimes sideline what would be a good mission.

Good fights by all this series.
