If you magnify to the max the pdf map file it appears that that there is no road from Field 99 to the truck unit at 97. I have to assume there is or they are co-joined or something. The other two roads veer around to the West of 99.
Please clarify, very important as you know.

Maybe more questions later....

After looking at the map in-game instead of the pdf it looks like 97 and 98 both connect to 99 and 100 does not.
Correct ??

Road and rail lines are the same so brown and light brown connect fields. If two fields overlap assume they connect.
95>96>98>97>99 and 100

Yes remember railyards of a state(orange lines) have all the bridges in that region attached to them.
