Is there anything I can do to help? I think Pattle's Pride was the last award and that was flown in DEC of 2015. :)

Once the Donkey arrives from British Columbia in Toronto, I will update the Medals. It is a long way, over 4.500 kilometres (for those in the stone age that is over 2.800 miles) Donkeys can travel only so fast! :D

Wow,

people still believe the moon landing was bona fide ??

next you will be telling me that JFK was assassinated by a lone nut with one magic bullet fired from the book depository
or that an actual airliner hit the pentagon (or anything else) on 9/11
or that Saddam had all those WMD's stashed away!

I love that cartoon about the man on the moon. Country yes, only people who contributed the knowledge to do it...no. The manpower gathered to make up NASA came from many different countries, not the least of which was Canada. We had a little aviation project up here that produced the AVRO ARROW which was a cold war fighter that was 20 years ahead of its time. There was nothing on the planet that would touch its capabilities. Alas, it was very expensive and the Canadian government killed the project before it could go into full production. Less than 10 were ever built. At the order of the government, all were destroyed and the contract cancelled. As a result, the company went bankrupt. Many of that company's former employees found work with NASA.

You're welcome!

PS: Many Canadians believe we lost the Arrow due to pressure from the US government.
