Ease up Taps. Everyone in here has a real life to lead and all contributors are volunteers. Side CO's have two choices when they volunteer: 'My Way or the Highway' OR 'Seek as much input as possible and put together a solid plan'. We seem to do better when we follow the process for the second option. Sometimes that means no practice time.

No, no, no. Taps is absolutely correct in his assessment; he will demonstrate this by stepping up and taking over the CO position as often as the others.

All sarcasm aside Taps, I waited with my orders until I felt satisfied that everyone who wished to participate in the discussion had ample opportunity to do so. I received extremely valuable input from the Striker/Buff group commanders that helped me produce a plan of action; I am neither a striker or buff pilot so having their input was absolutely critical.
