Operation Treetop:
Objectives: The objective is to close LW airfields in England so that for the remainder of the series the LW has to attack us from France. This will then enable us to focus on ground forces, the port, and shipping in those frames. Yes - we might lose points this frame particularly to AI vulnerability.
We will stay low with our fighters, strikers and bombers, where we have had the significant advantage as the turnfights start. This will also take away zoom advantages for the LW on our bombers as they will have little airspace beneath them and will need to make shallower attacks.
We will use Wellingtons coming from the N to attempt to draw LW forces N, while our Spits/Hurri's attack with a direct frontal attack from the NW. As this is occurring, a larger for of Wellingtons will arrive from the W. It will be a knife fight. This is what is needed to save England now.

Jabo - Again I beg that you modify AI for both countries and make them tougher... A single fighter shouldn't be able to saddle up on a formation take down a half dozen with one short burst into each!

Squad basing and aircraft:
All squads should put up approximately 2/3 Spitfire-II and 1/3 Hurricane-IIB.
1. Combined 8th FG / RCAF - Initial Field F43 (min 2 Hurri's)
2. 352nd FG - Initial Field F33 (min 5 Hurri's)
3. 23rd FG - Initial Field F35 (min 2 Hurri's)
(As the frame progresses, use alternate fields as necessary due to enemy cap or closures)

First Sortie:
AI#1. AI Wellington Group Launches T+0 @ F43. 8 airframes. Altitude = 1000ft AGL. Waypoint 9,9X. Target F18. (Hopefully these draw LW forces to N)
AI#2. AI Wellington Group Launches T+5 @ F7. 8 airframes. NOE to Waypoint 7,7X. Pop to Altitude = 1000ft AGL. Target F18.
AI#3. AI Wellington Group Launches T+6 @ F7. 8 airframes. NOE to Waypoint 7,7X. Pop to Altitude = 1000ft AGL. Target F18.
AI#4. AI Wellington Group Launches T+7 @ F7. 8 airframes. NOE to Waypoint 7,7X. Pop to Altitude = 1000ft AGL. Target F6.
1. CG 8th/RCAF - Launch T+0 direct to F6 (primary)
2. 352nd FG - Launch T+5 direct to target F6 (primary)
3. 23rd FG - Launch T+7 direct to target F6 (primary)
Spitfire primary objectives are to destroy the LW 109's and defend Hurri's. Secondary objectives are to protect Wellingtons or attack LW bombers.
If your targets are already closed, then feel free to hit alternate targets (F18/ground vehicles) and bombers.

Subsequent Sorties:
Target F18 / German ground forces / LW Bombers in that priority order.

We should try to coordinate attacks to have large numbers in the area simultaneously.

If the .tiff files are of any interest, they are not present.

Note: Pilot reports have it that the revetments cannot be seen from above 3000'.

There is only one photo. Adds no additional info over the text. I can see it when viewing on iPhone

Looks good Foo, can I suggest you have a tac channel up for the Hurricane's? We hit those targets last week (or tried) ack was difficult to say the least, the revetments were also a bit strenuous, don't think any went down. The Hurri only has 2 250lbs. bombs, perhaps we could ask the armourer for the updated 500 lbs. :)
127 wing / 8th will have at least two in Hurricanes.
thanks again for stepping in.

Thanks wolf for posting alternate graphic and the target images... I sure hope we can clobber those fields for good with the first strike! Then we'll have easier time picking off all the GVs.

Unfortunately the only way to make the AI tougher is to make their otto stronger. Which I will.
