In what I in vision is to get in get out dont loiter get all bombs off rtb get more do it again..

In my mind .im seeing massive destruction on youre run. Carpet bomb the hell out of the town. Line abreast 4 wide will create destruction on a big level.. and cover a wide path. Point here is achieve max BDA points..after rtb and ib to tgt on youre 2nd run..will be selective tgt missed by first run..

In don't know how many pilots you be able to put up..I thinking 4 been youre adverage?? If This the. Case I would love to see 2 piolts on western out posts ..1 assigned the south 1 on the north..while the others tgt town..I have 1 pilot that is a buff driver. Im hoping he shows.

which has the better load out for the destruction I seek. JU-88 or HE -111. ? And what base have you been using?

Geesh ii sound like a lil Hitler dont I (dounkofI said wipe the swinss out kill kill kill) as im throwing a lil tantrum)

note:

anything destroyed by AI bombs will not count as points... it doesn't log AI destruction of objects. just fyi.

Horrido!

Cool-man has it right. We don't get any "victory" points for stuff our drones kill. On airfield closure, we do get the closure but nowadays we don't get extra points for closure. We DO GET field closure for a frame or two.

Seems to me that hitting the Dars helps the lites and we targets, so I like the initial idea for this frame.

If we could have our lites have a "buff fest" on the Allied Mitchells or whatever they fly, then we should do real well. OTOH we buff targets need to avoid too many losses.

Seems that our "heavy" lights have done real well hitting tanks and such. Fun stuff if you haven't tried it.

Gotta look at all the DAR sites and such.

Im slightly confused. IN game, bring up map, and the little hollow squares indicate targets. However when checking the ot _ target list some of the objects don't seem to be required to close the field but they show up on the map as targets.
jabo...question...to close a field are the objects that are turned on in the OT list required, or...just the hollow squares?
If follow ot list, its a much shorter list.

There are four allied fields that provide DAR coverage on the front line, 22, 56, 80, 81. Those RD and RS objects must be eliminated ASAP otherwise the enemy can see us coming and retain command and control of the front lines.

We closed F22 last week so it should just be the 3 cities listed.
56 80 81

i'm looking for tgt's to maximize points so we can pull out a victory of a well fought series.

i hope on not over looking something more simple .. like you go to the buffet pile up you're plate then realize you've took way more than you can eat..

i strongly believe like in real life.. 1) you don't loiter over a TGT you get in get out 2) once a tgt has been attacked you don't repeat you move to another tgt so you don't let the enemy sit and wait on you to attack again.3) always keep the enemy guessing reacting to you..

so if you think 56 and i dont mean we haft to close it but taking as many points away from it in first attack is too much we can always move and chip away in other places . my vision was to draw in the enemy fighters to defend..only the Buffs hitting TGT can do that.. with all the fighters we would have in that area .. we could put a big hurt on there ability to defend a larger front.Knowing the tactics of 352nd.. they don't like to leave there Dar coverage.. by blinding them at 80 81 they will stay in the 56 area .. leaving TGT's of opportunities open. big map lots of TGT's to choose from..

Coolon what do think are my eyes bigger than my appitite..

I think it's good, we could come from 16 or 18 but it will be a while before we are on target.
We stay in formation, take big bombs perhaps 1000kg & 500kgs come in from the west hit 81 80 and T56 if the situation calls for it. perhaps just the dar sites..... We would run in with just the piloted planes perhaps one wingman... leave the others out west to follow for a more "area" attack after the first hook takes out the dars..???

it is difficult to have everyone getting their wingmen to the same location and difficult for the escort as you are well aware...

it's worth a shot though. Definitely open to hearing other ideas...

Damage point wise per bombs, you get more bang for you bomb with 250's....times 8 = about 6200 points per bomb load out vs about 2200 and 3200 with 500kg and 800kg bombs respectively.
I did a couple of trial runs on 56 with diamond formation about 80 ft spread with all ai in he-111 with 250's and took out many targets. That close a formation spread helps to double up on the damage as the bombs are all bursting inside each others blast radius....and if any target call for a close formation and max damage it would be 56 proper.
Many points are also awarded for shooting down bombers. Last week with singles coming in low and from all over the place it was VERY hard to provide any kind fo coverage. I watched to many of you go down in flames and didn't know you were even in the area to protect.
Given a box tight formation, hitting 56 enmass with ai, will IMHO possibly get us lots of points, formation easier to protect ( especially if your at 15 k or higher) therefore denying points to the enemy in shooting buffs down.

thank you sleepy.. kinda what i had in mind.i know the JU-88 is more desirable choice becase it is faster but the load out is lite..the HE-111 offers a bigger load out with the 8 250's. and is more suitable to mission at hand .. i really want our buffs 1) saturate TGT area in one group.. making one pass as one together. then run like hell for home because they are easier to protect that way.. coming into TGT area in 1's or 2's we cannot protect as well. and would take way to long over tgt. giving the enemy time to regroup after first initial contact.becoming a greater threat. my goal here to keep our buffers alive and blow up stuff.. by making raids in 1 pass running for home rather than loiter.. they will be able to make more sortie's.. after first raid Buffs can rtb to 3.. then start on areas where there will be no allied interference. such as oil depots villages which also have TGT's in a confined space.. such as 43 77.. 47 83.. 81.. 80..
