F218 - AE/8th will up in Spits at T+0. Proceed North of Malta and get Alt. Do not engage unless you have numbers.

I expect 202's heading to Malta Heavy with 109's up high as escort.

F225 - RCAF/475th will be next to launch, this will be when Jabo gives us the roll call ;)

F221 - Knights/69th - depending upon what you want to take over ships, you will be the last group up and will be able to head for ships once LW is RTB (I do want your fighters to be up for defence if you are talking the Wellingtons),

Any questions, concerns, please post.

I changed the Knights/69 to 221 as it is the large field, in case the bombers need it to take off.

To comply with the rules, 475FG/RCAF need to be based at 221(4 steps at a large field) so we can roll together when Jabo releases an airfield to roll (Rules say he will release one airfield at a time, possibly)

AE/8th and NS/69th will each need to take one of the two remaining fields.

If the Axis closes any of the fields on Malta, according to the rules, we can't base everybody in subsequent frames.

The orders are for your fighters to stay over Malta.

8. Squad Basing - each squad must base at a designated airfield during a frame using the following step allowances. They may rebase to an open airfield later in the night.

LAF - 4 steps
MAF - 3 steps
SAF/GAF - 2 steps
LS/Seaplane - 1 steps

225 is a medium field - 3 steps - 475 - 2 steps + RCAF 1 step, we are okay there.

13. Field Damage - all field damage will remain down for the rest of the series EXCEPT for a random amount of rebuilds each frame. From 1-6 field structures will be rebuilt each frame using die rolls from Random.org. If a field is closed one frame it could reopen if one of its random structures is rebuilt. The Allies must divide their aircraft steps equally between the three airfields on Malta. If fields close they may overstack on the remaining fields, again divided as equally as possible. The Seaplane base at F229 is only open to Swordfish and is not counted. F212 on Gozo is closed and not in play in this series.

We can overstack if fields are closed, we only have 2 steps available. We are using 2 steps at F221, the large field. All other fields are full to the max, so 225 is available to replane for individuals or 2 step squads.

There may be some confusion in my orders for the Knights. I would like the Knight fighters to be up for the defence of Malta. Once the LW is rtb, we can send fighters to cover the Wellingtons (as long as they don't take off too early, however, the Wellingtons can take off anytime, so if you want to be gutsy, you can launch at T+0 and head to the South East for those ships.)

Glad to see that :) My first reading must have been cursory.
