as i stated before on many occasions ..it is UTTERLY USELESS to voice you're opinions.. most disgruntled people have stopped with their input because it does NO good..and people get tired of being snubbed. and treated like a 3rd class citizen..from the Powers the BE.and they are Paying for a service.... their NOT so it goes on Deaf ears because they are the ones with the Agenda and know whats best for you.. just ask them they will tell you give you some line of BS and expect you to believe.. after all it not their company they messing with.. so why would they Care

Pick the one thing that's not FM related (as hawk said that was a minor issue) and in your opinion is the MAJOR problem.
