Here is raw data though from my tests, which were all done at military/max continous boost. The main weakness of the Fokker is the firepower, as it has only half the guns of a Hurricane. Don't get target fixated while taking pot shots at the enemy, keep checking your six.
As you can see in the Fokker D.XXI (
yellow) vs Bombers chart, you can catch the bombers no problem. So I think you are all somewhat underestimating the Fokker's speed
The Fokker (
yellow) will be outrun by enemy fighters in lvl speed.
The Fokker (
yellow) can climb right with the enemy Bf 109E though, and easily outclimb the Bf 110C below 20k. (The Hurricane has to good climb compared to historical data but will probably be fixed later)
