I want to thank everyone who gave it all last night and to Dewolf for being my GCI.

I tasked the Knights to close 65 and 52 which they did even though the AI's were screwed up again. <S>

All the escorts (127wing and Knights) did a great job and not one bomber was lost in the process.

The 4th and 352nd alone with the AE once again pounded the Axis and I didn't see one base closed in the buffer.

The took a chance on the second sortie and sent the remaining Knights to 82. Along with our escorts we headed deep into enemy territory.

The Allies thought they could take 52 and 65 back, but I sent all our fighters to stop them and stop them they did. We did get jumped over 82 and lost only 1 bomber so all in all it was a success even though we didn't close it.

I know 52 and 65 is close to 66, this might be a big fight next week to capture it back.

Hawk: I hope you mean the Axis lost 52 & 65 not the Allies, since we are the Allies this series. (LOL)

Hey Hawk, I think we must have won this frame. That is good and bad. More points for us, however another Axis squad will get an upgraded aircraft.
