the in game/flight map that is used when logging in to fly bombers needs some updating.

Different perhaps so that you can use your wingmen from there?

There are small grids that have no markings... there are no coordinates on any grids making another gap in communication. I also find the grid overpowering and too dark.

I have my grid settings on.. but it doesn't matter. I downloaded Muzz's map and it looked perfect prior to the S3 therefore the only difference is logging in using the bomber login.

Plus, DTF files do not work! The route just pops up and goes away and the BDA maps do not work. I have reported this problem since the first time we used the CA arena and nothing has been addressed yet.

The CA arena has great possibilities for the S3 and we are getting use to it. Fix these things and I know we have a winner here.

I find myself a bit preoccupied trying to use the wingmen over target.
too much hassle trying to drag a line away and they are at the end of it and landing before you get them all moved. too much typing... ctrl F 12 worked pretty good before.. do we need dragon droppings?

its all fine with no cons...no targets just flying straight....

Sleepy and I were discussing this topic the other day and until I read this thread I did not understand what the problem was. I went into the bomber S3 side and flew today. Now I see the problem and we will be submitting a request to IEN.

We will also be looking into the DTF and Muzz map display issue and requesting a fix for that as well.

Thank you Chunky and I can create a video of what the problem is so you can see exactly what I am talking about.

No need for a video Hawk. If you could email me the DTF you were using at the time I will load it and check it out.

I don't have access to the axis/allied forums here so I can't just DL one.

Am wondering how the S3 apparently lasted so long, and went so well until it was recently fixed. Perhaps the answer to go back to the previous way of doing S3's... you know, the one that wasn't improved and apparently worked just fine?
