Here are my thoughts.
The enemy has now learned that they must concentrate force against our fighters and we made the mistake of separating our force and allowing them to fight in the heart of their performance envelope (down low)
The enemy is relying upon his radar coverage to concentrate against us.
So we must avoid being drawn into a low level dogfights.
Our strike forces must be low to attack shipping.
So here is the rough outline of the frame.
Phase 1-Radar denial strikes
There are 12 radar strikes we are allowed by ROE to hit covering central New Britain
1. F44
2. F45
3. F37
4. F38
5. F33
6. F34
7. F35
8. F36
9. F15
10. F16
11. F18
12. F17
They are listed in order of priority.
The attached dotfile will display the exact location and number of each target on the flight map. Save in your Warbirds Root. To use, type .dotfile bhp5.dtf in the chat buffer.

Sortie one for fighter and strike groups will target these 12 radar sites.
Here are the preliminary target assignments
NS Primary 1,2 Secondary 3,4
RCAF Primary 5, 6 Secondary 1,2,3,4
352FG Primary 7, 8 Secondary 11, 12
475FG Primary 9, 10 Secondary 11,12
Bomber groups, Knights and Second line fighters will have other orders to follow up this first strike.
Once we limit the enemy ability to see in central New Britain we will attack shipping and targets in Reibeck Bay, Kimbe Bay, and Commodore Bay as well as land based targets
Locate and practice against assigned targets.
Complete orders will be issued ASAP.
Basing will be similar to Frame 3 assignments
The following is the contents of a dtf file to show the exact location of each target radar
