There are many ways you can help Hawk without getting into the techical side.
As a squad CO you can help educate new players.
Fight the 100 rumor mill when someone is beating up a new flight model.
You can encourage your crew to do the same.
You can all fly the new flight modlela and give feedback.
Not necessarily flight data but report bugs.
Make sure you and your crew give the new ideas and the new flight models a fair trial.
No knee jerk reactions.
Encourage them to work with trainers to relearn how to fly.
They'll have to adjust their stick settings.
I'm asking a lot.
No one wants to give up their fun time to help.
Pleas ask these things of your guys and yourself.

Not know the specs, how can I give feedback? Are there some guidelines I can follow?

Just flying every airplane you can and giving your impression helps greatly.

Stuff needs flying by different folks with different equipment as much as possible.

Change them all you want. If the kill rates are different than real life, I just edit the log
