S3 Series

I know the password is correct as others have used it, but I'm unable to sign in. Anyone have ant suggestions?

I also note that although I type in the correct number of letters for the PW when it comes back with message telling me I've used an incorrect PW there are only 4 dots in the password windo, not the number I put in.

I've cleaned my cache and used a different browser with same results.
