The series is pretty straight forward.

Bombers go to a small pre-defined target area that is known by all.

Axis have full visibility (radar picture) of allied advance.

Axis know there will be 2 buff groups (separated by 40 miles)

Its designed so there is a "head on clash"

What we control is the route to target, the timings and how we deal with the Axis attack.


Ingress and Egress over the N Sea has some benefits.

- Initially off Axis dar
- Axis have further to fly to get back to a base and rearm. (instead to spiral down to the nearest)
- less likely they can make it to a safe airfield if damaged out at sea and they can be run down with no ack

I will work on a rough routing id like and then let the buff guys to their DTF and timings thing.

.mov hq shows your TWR location as "hq"

or

.mov b1 shows your TWR location as "breifing room"

Salute!

Orders too soon for all to digest and excrete.

Th North Sea route does nothing. LW is way back and can't be a serious thret until well feet dry.

Go straight with some tac turns. So save gas and get there sooner.

If TOT is the mission, then take max loadout to have ten minutes of gas when landing.

REMEMBER!!!!! THE BUFFS and others CAN LAND SHORT OF TAKEOFF FIELD.

Here are present bomb values used in MA. They the same in S3. Look at your loadout options and choose the loadout that delivers the most points for TOT
for example, b-17 g can carry 24 100 lb bombs x 320 pts = 7680 total points
6 1000 lb bombs at 1100 points =6600 points
100 lb bombs not real good for actually destroying targets because of smaller radius and ya got to get several on a target but for straight TOT points....
At any rate, you can smell what I'm stepping in

Ok I see the Fighter Orders, but where are we based and when do we T/O for Rv?

Most all I see is Buff planning, with no mention of where the Escort groups are to be based. I see the "green"
line from M 108 and M109, but who is where?

Thunderbolts are ok but with the limited range but we only need 1 big squad of them.
We need to get the buffs to target.
