Taking a better look at the map, the LW would need to beat us by 8 closed, including 3 fields before we have a chance of the front advancing enough to get 77. We need to close more outposts, fields than they do to push back the front. 79 (SAF) is worth 6 points, but 2 outposts @ 3 each are worth 6 points also. ;)

Beaver open to any ideas to increase take on ground target. I just don't see that happening unless we protect the assest. Sending out more heavy fighters cuts down on us gaining air superiorty to then take down targets. That's where I'm coming from sir.

Bombers: 15 points
Based at F77: Close 14, 80(first sortie), 91(second sortie)

Heavy Fighters: 73 points
South Sector: 62, 46, 45, 56, 51, 50, 61, 59, 57 (Total points: 28)
Center Sector: 49, 55, 44, 43, 42, 41 (Total points: 20)
North Sector: 15, 36, 67, 71, 34, 33, 66, 74 (Total points: 25)

Total: 88 points

WILZ has given us room to pick the targets to hit, for the most part. Providing this info to those selecting targets to show possible points accumulated. Also, if we were to focus on taking down all these outposts with heavy fighters, we would most likely close the gap and move the front line back to the East. Of course, they will pick up points during the frame, but I think they'll be very concerned about our frantic activity that they will not be as effective as they were in the last frame. WILZ has pointed out that two (1k) bombs on the beige tent will close down all outposts that do not have remote ack clusters (34, 36, and 46, for example).

Count up all the outposts. There's 23 of them that could be closed within the first 40 minutes, if our fighters could get to them NOE. A 500 foot radar ceiling should be very easy to maintain. As WILZ has said, your first pass must close it because if the four guns don't go down, strafing will be very dangerous. P38's carry 2 x 1000 and that is more than you need to wipe out an outpost.

We have to be extremely aggressive this frame.

Good luck, fellas <S>

Question/observation on attacks against Posts to destroy the RadarStn objects (tents with antenna in this terrain).
To the best of my knowledge, the only objects that affect radar detection in this terrain are RadarEm.
Unless someone has changed some settings somewhere, attacks against the RadarStns will have no effect on Axis radar coverage.

Location of RadarEm objects are marked on my map with a radar dish symbol (red triangle with a line sticking out of it).
Near front at F26, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 90.

I believe this is a common MA terrain. Radar coverage should be the same.

We need someone to confirm the radar question, once and for all, please.
