I did not have any carry over from AFMA, but I was in AFMA, exited WBs all the way, then logged back into the S3 arena.

And that is probably the best way to do it Fencer.

Resets your front end settings.

I think the new overheat damage system is way better than the old automatic WEP cut-off. Should be turned "on" in the S3 for sure if we are aiming to have a "Squad Select Series" trying to mimic reality. Just make it clear on the forum and add it to the series rules.

Interesting side effect is that when being oiled at the end of the frame, my engine didn't just die when the oil ran out, but rather resulted in engine overheat damage starting to apply.

I agree with Robert. The new temp effects are a nice new aspect of the game to manage and probably should be turned on in the S3 arena. But for all, not just those logging in from the AFMA.

The 4th FG's PoV of this intense frame. Lots of action, had to even disregard a few scenes to keep the video at a reasonable duration.
My quick deflection shot at -oskar was of course pure skill and no luck. No luck at all... hrrmm... ;-).
Thanks all for a great frame with a high pucker factor.

Cheers!

P.S. Looking at the S6 scores I realize it was a mix of Macchis and Bf109's that jumped us early, not only 'Schmitts.

Masterful shot Robert! I saw you diving on me and thought I made a decent evasion move breaking hard right and low, but you threw some 20mm rounds out in front of me and I flew through them. Best deflection shot I've seen in a while.

Thanks for the video. Nice production as always.

Great Video Robert!
In several of those scenarios I felt like chum on a hook with the sharks smelling blood and closing in.
It was a little reassuring see them waste all those bullets, knowing the cavalry was closing in. ;)

Oskar - I was on Yobtee with Dazed and Fepper. Dawger and Honor were trailing you... Not sure where the rest of the 352nd was at the time.

Roger Sas,

Rest of the 352nd was strung out further South of Yob & me. We were trying to sneak home low ammo to replane.
