Japanese 1st Carrier Group is covering the northeast flank of Bougainville Island. Shipping is a prime target and you will have at least 3 AI routines in the area you are proceeding to. Japanese forces are finally close to all their targets and massing your forces should prove easier than in previous frames.
Easy Allied targets are 18 and 19. They could be a quick strike from 17 before allied cover arrives. That would be kates taking off from a seaplane base. Otherwise an organized strike could get their with heavy escort early in the frame to sink the ships there.
