I am starting this thread to get some ideas for the next frame. Hawk let me know what you have for planes and any thoughts you may have for targets.

All fighter squads let me know what rides you prefer and also remember the rule about having flown two different types. Frame IV is a good frame to get the option out of the way if you haven't already done so, so you can have your preferred ride in frame V.

In frame 3 we lost a lot of our resources early and it hurt us later in the frame. The bombers have to go deeper to find targets so I think we need to be patient the first half of the frame if we are to get any chance at the buff group.

Thoughts are welcome......

Doc,

Of course we'll take bombers and if there is something in the South we can hit, that would be great. I want to stay low this time and stay under dar. Last time they could see us coming. We could go over water again but stay away from dar and coming in from the S/W. I'll look at the map tonight and see what is possible.

JG127 wing has flown the 109K4 and the 190D-9, so we have met that specification. :)

I will be out of town for the next 2 Sundays soaking up some Bahamian rays, so look to Swede for 127 Wing planning.

Below is what I see for the 100th... One of you has completed the task. Let me know what you prefer for the frame. If I have you in 109's, I will probably have you stripping the buffs.

1 x Bf-109G6
40 x FW-190D9

OK guys ... I have the knights planning their routes to close L19 from 44 and 58... I haven't heard back yet to say that they will have enough pilots to get it done with a fair chance of survival.

I would like to know if one of the groups of fighters would like to support this effort with the knights.

All other groups with more than likely be hunting the ferrets and the stalkers along the coastline and then some time mid frame once I know where the bombers are headed we will put a group effort to strip them and bring them down.

I should have final orders out late Saturday....

Any final thoughts please post them here.

JG127 Wing will be in FW190-D. NSR has only flown 1 frame so he still needs something besides the 190-D so we may have a couple 109K4's.

We are planning on Jaboing some TAC fields and or bridges, going NOE from 52,53 or 49.

We could go NOE and meet the Knights at L19, in that case we would take drop tanks and support the attack by shooting up some ack and forming a blockade against NME fighters.

Swede might chime in with more exact orders for us.

As beaver said, we are soliciting thoughts from both groups now, looking at having 3 to 4 109Ks and the rest in 190Ds for the tac fields. Would be nice if jabo could post exactly what has to go down on the
tac fields, as well as what targets at each of them.
However Dr Dart, if you need us in another role we do have experience with the Canadian Ballet role as well.
As always the call is the frame CO
