Germans invade England!
Yesterday in historic news Germany began the awaited invasion of England in Operation Sea Lion. An armada of ships approached the Coasts of Dover under an umbrella of Germany's best Luftwaffe fighters in a concerted drive to invasion. As in Holland the year before Fallschirmjagers boarded their Ju 52 transports aircraft for the flight across the channel.
Transport ships crowded with the Wehrmachts most vaunted sailed with escorts of the Kreigsmarine's finest.
Englands valient RAF boarded their fueled and ready aircraft to meet the invader as ground troops readied to oppose them at the beaches.
Bloody battles took place over Dover as the Luftwaffe struggled for control of the skies. Artilleries engaged Germany's first wave of ships driving them back and sinking several. Several RAF penetrated the screen of LW fighters to disrupt the initial airdrops felling several transport aircraft from the skies and the rest turning back. First wave repelled, but hardly had tired and exhausted but undaunted defenders had caught their breath Germany's 2nd wave approached landing several tranports of troops driving toward the still active base of Dover Port, whilst a small 2nd wave of air transports dropped troops over Lympne capturing it. Ground troops opposing the invasion staged a counterattack at Lympne shutting it down. German troops managed a capture of Hawking with support troops working furiously to ready the field for forward deployment of LW forces.
Manston was captured but the RAf began and immediate counterattack shutting down the rebuilding of that field.
Meanwhile troops slugged it out over Dover and with heavy Luftwaffe support the port of Dover fell the last defenders withdrawing under cover of darkness. The deserted port awaits only the arrival of Occupation troops and Todt Organization groups to rebuild and put the port back into operation.
Radar sites at Beachy Head and Rye also being captured.
Luftwaffe strikes continued unabated doing very heavy damage to airfields at Eastchurch, Detling,West Malling,Rochford and Gravesend with the radar site at Dunkirk also being destroyed.
It is only a tenuous toehold however as counterattacks reclosed Beachy Head, Lympne and Manston leaving the only open forward fighter base for Germany's use at Hawkinge.
Have the Germans outstretched their supply lines? Can they sustain this drive or will they be isolated on the beaches experiencing therefore their very own Dunkirk?
England rushes up its reserves and readies itself, all is not lost. Its counterattacks are stunting very much the German advances.

Germany will have use of field 18 for fighters only. Radar site at 89 is still active for them but 78 is destroyed. 32, 78, 6 are closed and will remain closed for next frameand can be recaptured by British troops.
1 ,19,32,33,34,35,37 and 68 are closed to British forces and can be captured by Germany.
GV's available for defense at 89 for Germany and field 6 with 1 squad only of fighters available for deployment at 6. Heavy bombers, JU52 s available only in France.
There may still be light antiaircraft units at closed British fields.

Me thinks sleepy including 32 in the 'can be captured by Germany list' is a simple human error, which we all make. Pretty sure the side that closes a location is the only one able to capture it. Could be wrong I suppose.
