What's up with the listed $1.95 charge for the S3 arena?

Just logged into the S3 arena, nothing mentioned.
Did you get the message upon login or where/when?

$1.95 is mentioned in the S3 arena title in the list of available arenas.

I know I'm new to this S3 thing but the 1.95 shows up for me to when looking at the arenas. I did fly the first 3 frames this event and I was able to just log in to the arena. I may not be able to play if there is now a charge to fly besides the regular $13.95 a month to use the regular online game.

Well, I just checked again... and there is no mention of the $1.95 for me.
Maybe it is because I have a $24.95 premium account?

First 4 frames were free .... no charge to enter .... Frame 5 $1.95 ??? WTF?

WLDBIL says its always been that way since 1998 ... Why were the first four free then.... So I told him to cancel my account and he did ... Pretty quick on his part... Oh well .. Love the S3's.... Guess it was short lived.

OK.... How much for only an S3 Account? ... I don't have time for the Main Arenas anyway. If it's $1.95 per Frame then I'd be willing to pay $10.00 per series for access to the S3 only.

Seems this might make better sense then having to pay $19.95 a month for arenas I don't use or care to use.

The 3 account levels have always been.

$13.95 - basic account, normal online arenas but no PPV skins.
$19.95 - Mid level account, normal online arenas + PPV skins available.
$24.95 - Premium account, normal online arenas and S3 arena included + PPV skins available..

Standalone charge for S3 events = $1.95 per frame if you don't have a premium account.
