Sent out update SOL 1.03.
Please report any continuing issues and new ones. All seaplane bases should be ready for water ops now.

Fixed everything you pointed out Muzz and made the seaplane landing areas 4000ft x 4000ft so its not so hard to land. Put ships on the sides of the box but not too obvious. Expect guys landing here to use common sense and get as close to the dock as possible. Will update this weekend if there are no other issues reported. Put a test 40mm on some DD2s on the top tower to see if that helps its effectiveness.

Are there any PBYs planned in the near future?

Think most of the seaplane bases are Japanese so the Val can sub for one of their seaplane types.
