Joe,

Was happy to have you ride along with me last night on that last sortie. Hope you got a feel for the S3. Can be a lot of fun to work as a team.

I have been impressed with your flying in the main. You have proven to be a tough opponent when our paths have crossed. Look forward to seeing you in the S3 soon.

<S>. Oskar

Good to have you on board with me also joe for the first part of the night. Sorry the missions weren't too exciting. A couple of milk runs with no action. Glad you were able to hook up with some others as well. <S>

Also it was great to be able to introduce 4 new aviators into the S3 mix this series: rbartl (his 2nd mission) theman for 2 frames, darken and bigdix (1st missions last night). Good wingies all.
btw theman is the 11 year-old son of one of our squaddies. (actually has more smarts and maturity than most of us in our squad and the WB community in general ;) ) His dad has taught him the aspects of aviation well. After all he flies the big boys for a living, 747s etc.

Again, wish there was a little more action, but this was a good introduction into the structure and world of the S3. Glad to have all aboard.

A big salute to WLDBIL for making the hops with us last night as well.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Next time I'll see how I go behind the stick.

If I can get away from work.
